Chinese Stories
The Chinese have told each other stories for many different reasons - to teach things to their children, to make each other laugh, to record their feelings and observations and to explain how things got to be the way they are. In this section, the students will explore folktails from China, what the mean, and what values they can represent.

Food

Chinese Cuisines
In China, the food that is served is very symbolic. In this section, the symbolism of the varieties of food served in the different regions of China is explored. Also, the students will practice using chopsticks, and traditional Chinese table manners.

Film

Chinese Cinema
Through a series of documentaries and films about China today, the various cultures, topography, flora, and fauna of the most geographically and ethnically diverse countries in the world is explored.
