For many Marshall School Computer Literacy students, the snack on video day is a serious issue. Traditionally, in Computer Literacy, on designated movie, film, and/or video days animal crackers are served. A system was developed to assure a certain consistency of servings to all students in all Comp. Lit. classes.

With the aid of Amanda K., a Computer Literacy student, this rating system was formally developed in order to standardize the number of servings, and the number of animal crackers to be served on class video days. Depending on the film's 'Interest Level' (on a scale of 1-10) the number of servings ranges from 1 to 5, and the number of crackers per serving ranges from 0 to 10.

The Instructor, after initially previewing the planned video/film/movie, gives an educated determination of its 'Interest Level'.
